Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require confirmation before dispatch.
Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within Pakistan:

Major Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.
Order Confirmation

After placing your order, our customer support team may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before shipment.

Orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where available).

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery according to their standard procedures.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

Incorrect address
Customer unavailable
Refused delivery

the parcel may be returned to us.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been dispatched.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution if applicable.
